From beginning to end the service was faultless. The advert was clear the photos and video also showed the vehicle in great light and every angle. Shaks Motors stood out from the rest I looked at by just how immaculate the vehicle was, this was mirrored by the show room and how Shak presented himself. He couldn't do enough he was polite, engaging, reassuring, professional and very helpful without hovering over for a sale like some places I'd been too. He even delivered the vehicle which was a great help. He took care of all the paperwork and was clear in explaining each step of the way and even gave me the air freshener I was raving about in his show room!! I felt complete trust in Shak straight away and ended up selling my old car as well as he made it all so easy. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and I also have comfort of the gold warranty for 6 months.
